The staff was nice. That is the end of the positive feedback. I opted for the "royal manicure" and it was anything but royal. My cuticles were not pushed back or evenly trimmed. The french manicure was not even and the nails were not filed in the same shape. If you are looking for a place to go for an important event DON'T go here. Also, within an hour of leaving, with little to no activity the polish is chipped on my non-dominant hand. I could have done a better job at home with no previous experience. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I went to get acryllics and they butchered them. My nails were soooo thick it felt like I had claws. I kept asking them to cut them down because I do not like them overly long and you would have thought I called the tech a dirty name she acted insulted and that I was putting her out. I kept asking to have her pretend she did not hear me. I had to take them off after a week because of how thick and long they were I could not manage.

This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. I went to get gel nails and the guy started my nails then left me waiting for 50 minutes before he finished them!!! He started to work on 3 others peoples nails before finishing mine. Then one of them fell off days later. He hardly used any glue on them and I needed a fill in within a week. They only care about your money and they just rush you. I will NEVER be back!

I just went in for a nail polish change and it was only $7! The man who did my nails was really fast, but really efficient. They look amazing, and the shine has lasted for over a week now! I'll definitely go back for that & for other services. And if you dont like something, just tell them. They have signs everywhere that say to please let them know if you arent happy bc they will be more than happy to fix it :)
