Lisa the hair stylist did a wonderful job matching my roots. She is a great stylist and easy to talk to. She was also very informative and gave me tips on how to keep my color longer. I have dark roots with all over blonde hair and with bleach and toner it can get really damaged but my hair was soft and strong. She really knows her stuff!
I also do my eyebrows and the brow bar and all the staff there are wonderful. They are funny and don't try to push products. They do teach a lot about stuff if you ask.
They have nice products, but very rude service. The lady clearly did not want to help me and when she did she scribbled on my eyebrows like a kid with a crayon. I've never seen eyebrows done so horribly. Maybe she was having a bad day, but overall I probably won't be asking anyone for help if I go to this store again.
