absolutely terrible, went to there cause I heard it was a great place to go, definitely not! I went for a fill on acrylics, first the technician wasn't gentle at all and was cutting up cuticles, and then asked if I wanted my nails short and I said just a little shorter cause I like mine on the longer said she basically shaved the entire tip of the nails off, they all are crooked some nails are round and some are squared I specifically asked for squared, then when it came to polish I going to go with all glitter and asked if I needed an under coat I was told I wouldn't need a bottom color, she only put one coat of glitter I asked for one or two more she just put them clear coat on and didn't even listen to me at all, needless to say it was not worth $29.95 I called to get my money back and all they could offer was a fifteen dollar off certificate when I will never even go back, I was told by someone it looked like a 6 year old did my nails after they were done, I will never go back and suggest that other customers don't waste their time or money. If I could give this zero stars I would.

This is a great place to get a mani/pedi and the price is great at only $45.00. My husband got me a spa package at an expensive salon for valentines day and the pedicure from there was chipping within a week. I never have this problem at nu nails. I go about every 3 weeks and no chips, and I'm a runner and swimmer. Tough on my feet.

I almost always get my pedicures here. I am close to chardon and for the price it is a great relaxing experience. For a mani/pedi it is 45$(more if you get extras) I have been to many other salons and places but never as great of service. My pedicures often last a month and I am hard on my feet. YOU NEED TO GO AND CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
