I went to get my hair dyed blonde.. I said all blonde but leave out streaks of my brown. He hardly put in any blonde at all and I had to come in the next morning hours before my event. The next time I went I got a short female named Amanda I believe. Really sweet. But I asked to have my brown where my roots where showing to go farther down, like an ombré. She offered some red in the middle. I asked several times if she thinks she'll be able to do that. I tried to tell her that it wouldn't come out right but she said it's look great. And it looked awful!! Not the right color of red to match my ash brown hair, was uneven, more red on one side, messed up my bangs, it was awful. They scheduled me another appointment for the following week with someone else to fix it whom admitted it looked terrible, and this girl did not do much better. Granted she had to fix a mess. But still did not give what I wanted. I'm not a picky girl!! Just wanted ombré hair. I would never recommend them nor EVER go back.
