I have been getting my nails done for years (usually at the same place) but I went to Vo1 nails with a bridal party and it was the absolute worst service I have ever had!! When we got there we were told that a pedi and full set would be $25 each then the manager told us about the new "pink gel" and said she would do it for us but did not tell us that it would be double the price until after she had started three girls nails! When we tried to figure it out she proceeded to yell at us and dropped the F-bomb multiple times. She even proceeded to tell us she never tells her clients the price before hand because they get upset about it being too expensive (makes a whole lot of sense right?) I think she was so used to people coming in alone and they do not want to argue the price after it is done so she ends up screwing them over. The bride in our group was in tears from the situation and we ended up leaving and going down the street to NY nails and tan where the staff was AMAZING! They gave us a great discount and let us stay late into the evening laughing and having a good time with them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, they are only worried about getting money and will screw you over to get it (not to mention cussing out your customers is not the best way to get them to come back!!!)
