I would not recommend anyone go to VIP unless they want to throw away their money. This place is awful. They did and messed up, both mine and my daughter's nails. I went back to have mine "fixed" (my daughter had left on vacation so they got out of having to fix hers) and now they look worse than they did before. I knew they looked awful, but I could not get their attention since it was more important to them to all stand around and socialize with each other which led to me just getting mad and leaving. I called them once I got home and complained, but they just kept making the comment to me that they had been doing this for 13 yrs. I have done my own and had them look better than these so-called "professional" nails.
There are cheaper places to go that treat their patrons much better. I found the staff to be not very pleasant also.
