The salon itself is not necessarily welcoming, but Evelyn does an outstanding job. For years I have left salons only to "fix" my hair as soon as I got in the car. I am happy with everything she has done for my hair during the difficult time of growing it out.
Awful experience. Extremely rude, unprofessional. Sylist totally ignored my requests, as well as the picture I brought. Wound up with a very short haircut when my intention was to grow my hair. Also wound up with the wrong hair color, despite discussing, in depth, what I wanted. Only saving grace is that the manager offered to re-color my hair, and was extremely gracious about it. Color correction came out fine...wish that had been my first experience there.
I agree with the other review. They are expensive, rude, and don't ever seem like they are happy.
