They got rid of their sign in sheet to use a computer system. Upon going in, the manager told us to just sit down. 5 minutes later he asked me for my info. Then he went to take care of another man who had come in after us, totally ignoring my girlfriend who was there for a cut also. Once he put her in, he told the man he'd be done with the woman he was working on in a few minutes so he could cut the man's hair, basically implying he would just skip my girlfriend and I, even though the man definitely did not have an appointment. The manager then went on to bad-mouth the company in front of everyone about the new computer system that replaced the sign-in sheet. The employees didn't seem like they were trained at all using it and it took 5 minutes for me to check out with the coupon I had. My girlfriend ended up waiting 45 minutes and decided not to get her hair cut because of the manager. The girl who cut my hair was totally nice and did a great job. However we will never go back to this Holiday Hair again because of how the manager acted.
