I've been going to Nikki for at least 4 years and she has ALWAYS done a great job, so this rating is way overdue! What makes Nikki so special? She listens to your ideas, gives honest and educated feedback and after helping you come to a decision, she delivers with amazing coloring and cutting skills. My teenage daughter and preteen son go to Nikki as well. Since she has taken the time to get to know our family, we all love her. She is very talented and an awesome person too! The salon itself is top-notch. I've gotten waxing, spray tans, and facials over the years and have been overall happy with the services. I only wish the reward points could be used on any service, not just select ones. Try out this salon, especially Nikki. She is the best.

After a few bad experiences, I had the best experience today (1/28/15). I went in the Thursday before and the ash blonde color did not turn out good at all (orange roots, orange streaks, a very shiny orange color). I called and spoke to Jake who got me in right away to see my normal girl, Chelsea. Chelsea got some advice from Devin and they both got my color EXACTLY where I wanted it. Even though it took 5 hours, it was WELL worth the wait and work. These girls went out of their way for me and did an amazing job. I want to thank everyone involved in getting everything fixed. Natalie fixed my ombre and worked so hard! She really does a great job. I was so upset when someone messed up my hair, it was so patchy and I didn't love it. Thankfully I was seen by Natalie when I went back to have it fixed. It was my second time at the salon and I was in for a re-color. I love my hair now, it looks natural and beautiful. She took her time and knew what she was doing. Someone give that girl a promotion! Also, Dawn did a great job. My hair gets really tangled and she was gentle and quick. The first time I was in, I didn't realize how rough the other girl was..I got home and the back of my neck was a little sore from the sink. Anyway.. Thanks Natalie!

I have been here twice and it is the best hair salon I have ever been to! The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I have gone to Kelly twice for highlights and lowlights, a gloss, and a cut. She is one of the best hair stylists I have ever worked with! I am EXTREMELY particular about my blonde hair. I like it to be more on the "cool" side as opposed to "warm". My last hair stylist wasn't listening to what I wanted in terms of my hair color and sort of had an "I know best" attitude. Kelly took the time to understand what I was looking for, she even let me show her pictures so that she knew exactly what I wanted in my hair color. My hair color has turned out gorgeous both times Kelly colored it. She is extremely knowledgeable about maintaining highlights and even helped me to find a blue shampoo (which helps to reduce brassiness). I have also been very happy with my haircut the two times Kelly has cut my hair. I will keep coming back!

I've been going to Joseph Anthony for years. Their staff is awesome. Erin has done my hair as I've gone from brunette to blonde and back again. I get compliments all the time on my hair color.
