I've gotten 4 haircuts here. The first one and today's were great. Brittany does a great job and is really sweet. The other two haircuts were not so great. One the woman was rude, sped through the hair cut, missed the area around my ear and made me uncomfortable when she was trying to make me buy product. Another haircut was okay but after I told the woman I was planning on biking 100 miles she proceeded to rant about how inconvenient cyclists were when when she's driving. She really didn't understand her audience. Brittany is great and why I plan on getting my haircut here as long as I'm in the area.

Had my haircut here right before my birthday. The guy that cut my hair did an awful job. Saying he traumatized me is not even close to an exaggeration. I will never come back here again. The only reason I did in the first place was because it was convenient for me at the time.. Never again. Not worth it.

Terribly under staffed, rude employees, bad haircuts, & awful customer service. It seemed as if the"stylists" didn't want their clients to even be there let alone return, so I won't. I suggest you do the same!

Just waited 20 minutes to be passed over twice. One person was obviously a friend of the stylist that took her and the other person came in 15 minutes after me. All I wanted was a trim. Horrible customer service!

Sarah is the best! Followed her here from another salon. She has been cutting my hair and my 4-year-old son's for 3+ years and we've never gotten a bad haircut. She is so nice to my boy that he loves to go see her. My wife is always pleased, so it's not just me ;-) I would recommend Sarah without a doubt.
