I've been having my haircut from Pat for 24 years now, at the Golden Touch at Castor and Princeton in Northeast philadelphia, I think the world of this man Pat and his brother Joe, He has recently moved to 8 Penn Center Concourse, And I certainly make the trip from Northeast Philadelphia to have my haircut by Pat.
