THE BEST, VERY CLEAN, GREAT STAFF I have been using Tanfastic in Dickson City for the past three years and have had nothing but a great experience every time. The environment is beyond spotless. I am a clean freak and believe me, I would never use a facility if I were not overly impressed. The equipment is new and updated, and overall it is well worth the money. Amanda, Autumn and Alicia are very helpful and knowledgeable with the packages and products. The entire staff is warm and very friendly. They will know your name within a week and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. JV

Tanfastic in Dickson City is absolutely fantastic, no pun intended. Their salon is always very warm and inviting, with quick service and professional recommendations based on their product offerings. The staff is nothing short of excellent, remembering you by name and keeping all of your information on file so you know exactly where you stand and what to do to get where you want to be. I've been coming here since it has opened and have referred many friends and family. They would all say the same! Tanfastic is by far the best tanning salon in Northeast PA and I've been to nearly all salons in the area as part of my job in sales.

Tanfastic charged my friend's account they had on file from previous purchases when they told her she didn't owe anything on her membership. If she did own something she planned to pay cash b/c she doesn't use her checking account and knew her balance wasn't much. Then when realizing they made a mistake and she did owe money they charged her checking account without asking and charged her the wrong amount of money (double the amount they should have), which caused her to over draw her account and was charged a fee from the bank. When she went to talk to the manager of Tanfastic she was treated very poorly and told that it wasn't their fault (when clearly she would have never had 80$ in overdraft fees if they didn't charge her account without authorization). All she was looking for was for them to cover the fees charged to her by her bank but was talked down to and disrespected. All in all very poor customer service and a poor way to run a business. My friend and I will never return and will make sure to let others know about this experience!

I'm very upset with Tanfastic. I'm never going back! I used to be a loyal customer. I haven't been there in a year and have decided to go tanning again. I bought a package to go three times for their special and get a base tan. I tan pretty quickly. Their beds felt greasy and unclean, the acrylic looked cloudy. I used to be very happy with the dark, even tan I would quickly. Obviously, there is something with their bulbs. They are much stronger on the bottom. My legs are tan but my upper body is still pretty white. The second time I went, I noticed lines had formed on my legs. I tried to rotate my body while tanning the third time I went hoping for an even tan but I now have a new line on my back leg. This isn't related to the lotion because I don't use anything with a self tanner. I'm thoroughly disgusted and will never return to Tanfastic.
