Everyone is very friendly. Won't go anywhere else.
Me and Fiancé called them to schedule a trial session for "bride and groom" based on a recommendation from the wedding hall we were dealing with, we were very specific that the bride need it makeup and hair at the wedding location. we were told that one person will do hair and makeup. They asked to come for trial to see what works with both of us. We went there only to discover that 2 different people will do hair and makeup. Not only that, but we also found out that the person responsible for the makeup refused to travel to the wedding location. After long hours of waiting, the manager's brother assigned the makeup to a different person who doesn't have any experience in makeup and ruined my fiancé face. Later, the manager himself doesn't use phone at all. He emailed us with a quote but tried to force us into doing a massage for extra cost even thou we never asked for it. Later when I said that we don't need the massage, his email sounded like he was doing us a favor and pretty much negotiated and threatened that its not worth it for him to send people over since they are off that day from work. I mean my whole experience was absolutely horrible with the manager. Don't waste your time at this place. They will tell you one thing on the phone and you will see a completely different attitude in the shop
Great Facial. I was skeptical, wondering if a hair salon could have someone doing food facials. I was so pleasantly surprised. Amanda was wonderful. I got every second of 60 minutes for a very reasonable price. I've had many facials and this ranked very high to the top. I will definitely go back, and I really hope Amanda is still there.
went for a perm. They messed up. Used to always get perms that were full of curl and easy to manage. But with this perm.....it was alot of work and extra $$. According to them, I had to use alot of "product" to scrunch the curl into place....then just leave it. ALOT OF WORK TO "CREATE" CURL IN THE PERM......AND WAS TOLD NOT TO PICK AT IT OR TOUCH IT, JUST SO IT WOULD STAY IN. Never had to do that before with any other perm. They did offer to re-do it for free. But I didnt want to risk further damage to my hair. Besides.....the whole place has a bad vibe now. All the blame for the bad perm was placed on me for what I did or didn't do. Who needs that.
