Although very expensive, and yes the technicians obviously talk about people...i got the.uv gel french manicure and they lasted about a.month before I got serious wear and tear... I will return there bc I got the same uv gel at bamboo a wk ago, and it is already crackin.and chippin and it was $70!!!

I got a poor-quality pedicure. That's not even the worst of it. I called to explain that my pedicure was terrible, and they agreed to charge me only half-price. When I checked my bank account later that day, I discovered that they charged me $84 instead of $18. I called to get it taken care of and they passed the phone around among staff, denied that they charged me that much, then hung up on me. I have never had such poor customer service.

God awful. Went in for a full set, every nail is uneven, asked for her to even them out 3 times. I asked for round, she did square. I spoke up and told them what I wanted and they ignored me. Never again.

I was a regular customer at Sky Nails and I will never go there again. I was getting my nails done and it was a quiet time in the shop and without going into too many details, it was hinted by one of the technicians (not the one doing my nails, although she loaughed, too), that I was fat. In plain English. Kiss my big tips goodbye, Sky Nails--I don't have to be insulted while I am paying for your services, too.

I would never go back here again...4 of my nails chipped the day I got them done, by the manager, may I add...on the bottom of my receipt it gives you a comment/question email address, so I emailed my complaint and never heard back..What is the point of having that???.I went back there to get them fixed and got nothing but attitude..they talked and laughed about it..so I walked out....do not waste your money!!!! Poor way to run a business!!!
