DONIA IS GREAT!!! I KNOW SOME PEOPLE GET MAD WHEN THEY WAIT. BUT SHE IS WORTH IT! THIS WOMEN IS SO BUSY THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT. SO I GUESS THAT MUST SAY SOMETHING ABOUT HER. SHE IS GOOD AND VERY LAID BACK SOMETIMES PEOPLE DONT LIKE THAT, BUT OH WELL SHE IS BUSY BUSY THAT THEY EVEN WANT HER IN BOSTON!!! THE 2ND SPA SHE OWNS. SO I GUESS SHE IS WORTH WAITING FOR!!!!

I have visited Toscana several times, both as a customer and to purchase gift certificates for others. The first time I visited I had a manicure and a good experience. Every time I have been in after that I have had a problem with the people who work there. I went in to purchase a gift certificate for my mother and waited for about 15 minutes before anyone even knew I was there. When someone did come out to help me, it was the manager, wearing only a towel around her top because "she was in the middle of a massage" (although she should have been working the front desk). My mother made an appointment to have her nails done before she left for a cruise several weeks in advance. When she arrived for her appointment she was told that "the girl who was supposed to do her nails was not there because she went away for the weekend and didn't come back yet". There was no one else there to do her nails for her. Because they coudn't reschedule her that week, she was not able to get her nails done before she left for vacation. Shortly after that, my sister and I tried to make an appointment for manicures and pedicures. Again, the manager was unprofessional and didn't seem to know how to book an appointment with out her nail technician. She told us that she would call us back later that afternoon when the nail technician arrived, but did not call us back for 4 days. By then, we no longer needed the appointment. I can honestly say that I am embarrassed to have given gift certificates to ANYONE for this buisiness. I will be back to use the gift certificate that we already have, but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again!
