Great Clips Great Escape Plaza

My kids and I have used this location for awhile, but not any more. They do ok with kids, but the stylists simply won't listen to my requests. If my ideas don't match whatever their preconceived notion then they will argue with me. Not doing that any more, even if they are the closest to my house.
Came in to get their advertised free hair cut for veterans on veterans day the woman behind the counter told me I had to buy something to redeem the free hair cut card that was advertised on the great clips franchise web page I felt totally embarrassed the way I was talked to and rly wanted to use the rain check option cause I have the flu at the moment. Happy veterans day Im going to complain to the better business Bureau because this franchise shouldn't try to get credit for being veteran friendly when they are not.
Horrible! That sums it. Can't even get a clean up right .now I got one side burn longer than the other the back is a'll jacked up. I didn't catch the lady name I just recommend go somewhere else.
Kelly was great, she did exactly what i asked for. Only came there to get my sons hair cut and was really hesitant to get mine cut. But i read her reviews and gave her a try. She def knows what shes doing! The cut and style was just as good as a $75 hair cut ive had before. If not better and the price was only 6.99! Very pleased
Kelly did my hair... I think she was new to the salon, but she's been cutting hair for over 16 years... Don't judge a book by its cover because she did an AMAZING job at giving me an edgy "rocker" look. She was great, used product/styled without charging me and explained everything from cut to style so I could continue growing out and developing the look I wanted... and all for the Great Clips adult cut price of 13$. I *know* I got a better haircut than I would have if I went to Regis, and it was 1/2 as cheap. GO SEE KELLY AT GC!
