Me and my girlfriends just went yesterday to get pedicures. They were very much more interested in the World Cup than our feet. Got the normal soak...then I got one foot scrubbed twice (he must have forgot that he already did that foot), and he never got to my heals. He painted the middle part of my nails vs the whole nail. He followed me around asking me many times to pay him while I was still in the salon. I will not return!

I had been in here a few years ago to get my eyebrows done. After they totally mutilated them I had avoided this place for a few years. After driving around town and being unable to find anywhere with a decent wait time I visited Nail Trix again. There was no wait....in fact they were dead and I was reminded why. I went in for a simple manicure and I got a hot mess. First no one there spoke anything near understandable English and I had no idea what the woman was trying to do. Also she insisted on bringing out her Kindle every five minutes to mess with while she was trying to do my nails. It has been 1 day since I got this manicure and all of the paint is totally chipped off like I have been digging in gravel or something. She also painted my nails in a fashion that would have forced me to come in for a quicker than normal touch up. Also I always tip when I get work done but this woman all but begged for a tip. As I was writing on the receipt her tip she waddled up to the counter, snatched the receipt from me and eyeballed what tip I had wrote in. If you value your nails, time, and money stay away from this place. You have been warned.

I went in to get a set of gel nails, which were actually acrylics overlaid with gel (not uncommon but they could have told me upfront). The man who did the nails did such a terrible job - the acrylic is uneven across the nail, very thick in some places and thin in others, and it's full of bubbles. During the manicure, he used his own fingernails to push down my cuticles and free the skin from the superglue holding on the tip which was incredibly painful. Two days after I was there, the nails started lifting. I will not be going back.

I always go to nail trix to get my nails done. I go to Kim. She does a GREAT job and I am always pleased when I leave. Nail trix is my favorite place to go. Since I only let kim do my nails, I usually have to wait, but the wait is well worth it!

They are very reasonable and did a great job on my nails. They even fixed the screw up from a nashville salon. My french manicure cost about 20 or 25. I have plans on returning every touch up until i move to Hawaii
