Tools are not cleaned or sterilized between clients. Got there @ 5 asked for a manicure and pedicure (they close at 6) they did pedicure was ok. Then manicure. Was told both would be $45. Manicure only took 10 minutes and both cost me $51.00?!?!? I will not be going back. No buffing of nails nothing. You done you go.

Worst experience I have ever had! I had the coupon for the mani/pedi with shellac for $55 and I didn't service anywhere NEAR $55 worth. The manicure consisted of filing my nails for about 5 seconds, then telling me to "go wash your hands don't use soap", the guy barely paid attention to what he was doing then had the balls to ask if one coat of shellac was ok. He then got someone else to finish my hands. She was better. The pedicure was a joke! I take longer to give myself a pedicure and I don't do half the stuff they did! Their tools aren't sanitized between clients, my feet were not scrubbed right (heels still dry and cracking), and my finger nails weren't even or the same length! So glad we are moving out of state! I will NEVER return to this place again!

I've been going to Da Vi for years & love it & the sweet people there. I would love to be able to get coupons from Da Vi like the customers that live in Hendersonville get. I know this because my mom lived in Hendersonville & use to get them. She always gave them to me since she didn't get her nails done, but knew this was where I went. Regardless of where you live, if your a customer I think you should get coupons.

AWESOME!! They are all very friendly. Very great nails that are durable and last a long time. Free drinks and great service. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! I go every 2 weeks to get a fill-in! LOVE IT
