This business is very unstable. I bought a promo package several years ago, and was satisfied until the manager changed. Since then, there has always been a great deal of turn over with the employees at the customer's expense. You get promised one thing, and then the next person comes in and can't honor what you thought you were going to get. The appoinments are hard to get. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Now the office has closed suddenly, and I still have a ton of treatments left. I've been hosed!

Consider other places in case you want to start a hair removal treatment. Their policy is changing every now and then!! I had have treatments during last two years and within these years, manager has changed 3 times. Each time new manager tries to implement new rules and show the last person guilty!! They start with motivating you to buy packages and talk about above 90% hair reduction rate!! But then they will only use correct setting for hair removal at last 2 or 3 treatments, and encourage you to pay for single treatments when the package is over, while your reduction might not be even 60% !! I found them not reliable at all !!

I started receiving hair removal treatments way back around 2006 with a promo offer for my upper lip and chin. I was very pleased with the results granted it did not remove all of the problem hairs in just 6 visits. They made it perfectly clear there was a possibility it might not depending on the uniqueness of the individual and their hair type. What it did do was make a major improvement that I could live with. I was constantly waxing, shaving, and plucking and was extremely self conscious until they helped me. I was so pleased I put down the money to have my legs done and they threw in my underarms and extra touch ups to my upper lip and chin! After paying for the service, I went back to school and didn't have the time to keep up with the treatments but they saved it for me and three years later I called them up and they were delighted to get started again! My underarms I have to feel of occasionally because they still grow a white fuzz I knock off with a razor but they are not dark and black like before. I am the worlds worst about forgetting to shave my legs because its almost all gone (I have a couple of treatments left to go). I may need a few more treatments for my hair type to get rid of it all but I already suspected that......heck how could I complain about shaving once a week when I am notorious for wearing skirts and dresses bare legged most of the year? What's left is very fine and soft. So I bought a package for my bikini line and I'm excited about starting that soon. All I can tell you is patience. You're attempting to kill off the hair by the root without destroying anything else in the process. Waxing itself will permanently remove hair over time, too, but that's a dang slow process waiting on the root to give up that way!

I love not having to shave. I don't know what took me so long to decide to do this.. I really like the techs there that tell me what they are doing and why..I have not been disappointed in any way. The office staff are so friendly and make me feel very comfortable.

I love the staff at American Laser Center....Nikki and Terra are the sweetest people you could ever ask for. They are always very informative and most importantly they are concerned with my comfort. I am so happy with my results....my legs and bikini line are about 90% hair free! My underarm area is fantastic, I never have to shave again, and I never have a 5 o'clock shadow!!!! What more could you ask for! Love you Terra and Nikki!!!!!!!!! FYI...Terra has the best sense of humor around and I know I never will have a dull and boring appointment as long as she is around!
