I have been using their services from Salon to MedSpa for a long time now and consider it to be the best for all services in this area. Beautiful, relaxing setting with very knowledgeable and professional employees. Having an issue with the front desk on checkout which is why I changed my settings from 4 to 3 stars. Have been overcharged on 2 occasions. My fault, until this time when I asked for a breakdown of charges. They definitely overcharge for products, the same can be purchased elsewhere for much less. My suggestion: ask for a breakdown of services, buy your recommended products on the internet.

Pure Luxe is pure amazing. I've experienced a variety of services at the spa including: pedi/mani, massages, facials, and waxing. In addition, I get my hair cut and colored in the salon by two extremely talented professionals. Not only is the atmosphere calming, but the staff are pleasant and the service received is always top notch. I feel relaxed and pampered when I leave Pure Luxe. Their facilities are pristine. This is my go-to salon and spa here in Knoxville. Try 'em out!

Knoxville's Metro Pulse does a yearly "Best of" competition in multitudes of various categories. The vote I will write Metro Pulse saying "Best of Knoxville Spa & Medspa" is Pure Luxe! 100%!

I have been to the Salon and Spa several times for a massage, facial and manicures. Today I got my first haircut by the hair designer, Crystal. She is awesome! She did a great job of listening to what I wanted and offered her opinions that would work with the texture of my hair. She even took the time to show me how to blowdry my own hair and other tips to get salon results( that is the first time anyone has offered to do that!) I love their services! The staff is amazing an d go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for a salon that spoils you, this is definitely the ONE. I will definitely go back anytime! It is reasonably priced too. Edit: If you are to get your hair cut, ask for Annie. She is the master stylist and awesome. For massages, ask for Emily. She has great hands for massage and totally makes you fall asleep.

I have been to Pure Luxe a number of times and I and I am never disappointed. My husband got me the Mothers Day out package and I was literally pampered for 6 straight hours for only $250. It was the most relaxing day ever. All the service providers are extremely professional and are fantastic at what they do. Everything from the ambiance to the decor to price was artfully thought out. After visiting most of the spas in the Knoxville area, this is my favorite. Also, don't forget to use the steam shower while you are there. It is incredible!
