Okay, I've been here several times. It's pretty much the only nail salon in town that is open later than usual and close to most of the shopping. That's great! Wonderful! It doesn't save it from terrible service or forgetful employees. The first time I had a Pedi done, I and my mother were forgotten in the back. Forgotten. I sat until the towels got cold, her water was tepid by that point, and the hair dresser who was trying to do everything in her power to help us ended up finishing the job of the other workers while also doing her job and taking in her customers at the chairs. We were blatantly ignored by the nail stylists and the one worker who actually took us back to start our Pedis. As much as I like Pedis, I probably will wait a long time before wanting to go back. I can deal with painting my own toes, thank you very much. THEN, a few days ago, because the salon does not seem to notice that they have ONE hair stylist - a very good, joyful young woman who I enjoy cutting and styling my hair - I was unable to get my hair fixed. The salon was still open for business, but they only seem to cater to manicures and acrylic nail goers. I do not fault the single hair stylist, I know she is there from the moment they open until her 8-9 hours are up, even skipping a lunch break before to cater to me, but the inability of the salon as a whole to readily supply one of the main services available yet unattainable.
The quality that you get awesome.
