Been there three times now and each time left disappointed. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" but with this place you don't even get that. The employes are pleasant enough but they are in way too big of a hurry. The first two visits my fiance received a haircut, both of which I had to fix because they were uneven. Today we both received haircuts and mine in particular was very uneven but I did not fault that on the stylist because I likely was holding my head at an odd angle. I will give her credit for fixing it without any problems once I pointed it out. My fiance's haircut was also uneven once again though not as badly as it was the last two visits. Honestly this last visit the haircuts were not the disappointing factor, they were what we had come to expect: cheep and hastily done. What was the final straw and the reason we will not be going back to this company in the future was actually because of the husband of the stylist who cut my own hair. He made a very rude comment towards my fiance's hair and while this was no fault of the stylist or the business itself nothing was said or done about it. I have no desire to go someplace, spend money for a lackluster haircut, and be insulted on top of it. So no, neither of us will visit Great Clips again. Likely no one else that I know will either. I would highly suggest anyone else who is considering going here spend a few extra dollars and get a haircut from someone who will actually take their time and won't condone being insulted by their families.
