I loved my experience at this salon and how professional everyone was. Ally and her assistant were so nice and welcoming. Not to mention, I love my hair cut and have gotten many compliments on it. I've been in Austin for 5 years and still hadn't found anyone that cut and styled my hair so well. The whole experience at the salon was great. I love that they offered a complimentary make up touch up after my hair was done.

Blonde Faith Salon rocks! I went in for a highlight and cut and it turned out perfectly. Ever since my appointment, my hair has been super soft and less frizzy, which I've ALWAYS had a problem with. I highly recommend this salon!

Went into Blonde Faith on a referral from a family member. The previous hair cut I received from another salon just never felt right. Ally fixed the problem with a great cut and style. It's been several weeks and I'm still enjoying my style. Thanks for the great service. I also just love the salon decor and feel.

I think first, the name of this place should be "Blind Faith Salon". I will tell you that by using this place, it is a matter of blind faith whether you will come out with something well done, or a disaster. Add to that the horrendously poor customer service, and there you have it. After having a tremendously poor experience with the salon which resulted in the burning of my hair and the rude dismissal of the problem Karen, the salon owner, I (in blind faith) and because they are located minutes to my home, I referred my daughter for a wash and curl for her wedding. I thought that surely they could not ruin her hair, and surely her hair would not be burned and singed as was mine... Well, as it turned out, we didn't give them the chance after they charged sky high pricing for this a simple wash and curl of hair touching the shoulders. The problem is they first said it was one thing, then said another, then yet another. Really? You see, a regular wash and style for short hair was quoted at $60. Once they heard it was for a wedding, the price instantly jumped to $95. Hmm. I'm not sure what the difference was... When I brought the discrepancy to the owner she blew me off telling me there are other places we could go. Now, the funny thing is,this was exactly what she said when she was told her stylist (Renee) burned my hair. All I can tell you is use at your own risk. Their performance is poor - and the owner is beyond rude. Living minutes away, I can assure you I have informed all my neighbors of the horrible experiences we encountered, and I hope by writing this post, you the reader, will be adequately forewarned.

Awesome salon!! I love the customer service at Blonde Faith! The staff goes out of their way to make your visit enjoyable and relaxing. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. There are many services to choose from and you can combine them into one visit. I have lived here 9 years and this is the first salon I have continued to visit on a regular basis for cut and color. I have been a regular since they opened. The facials are great as well as the blankets (while at the sink bowl) and complimentary make-up touch ups are great bonuses. I truly feel pampered after I leave there!
