Went and had the dip acrylic nails done. Costs $37 before tip. I don't usually come to this salon and decided to visit on a whim. I felt that the technician rushed on my nails and did not do a thorough job even when I pointed out her flaws. She ended up having to re-do two of my nails because she ignored my complaints initially. I would not come back here. Too much money for too little good service.

I've been there twice, never going back again. This last time I had just a basic pedi & mani. The girl doing my nails did not even buff the ridges out of my nails, just clipped my cuticles & filed my nails. The guy doing my feet did not do a good job on the rough spots. Neither one of them spoke a word to me, just carried on a conversation between each other. Felt so unimportant.

The minute my sister, my aunt, and I walked in we were completely ignored. We literally had to look for someone to help us out. It was full of people!! It looks like they have regular customers because they were laughing with them and talking about their family. When i was sitting down getting my nails done the girl doing my nails game me a really bad attitude for having nail polish on my nails. She looked upset because she had to remove it for me. Then she made me feel so awkward because she didn't talk to me at all, but she spoke to the lady next to me. Other than that, the place was nice.

go here twice a year with my mother and have been for the last three years. Always have a great experience

Terrible Experience!! I treated my daughter and I to a mani/pedi we went to de-stress from an intense week. The woman who did my nails obviously didn't want to to my nails, she was rough and rude. She even cut my finger and wasn't going to say anything, she just put the antiseptic on it and it burned like crazy. I told her if she didn't want to do my nails she didn't have too. Then the guy who was doing my pedi seemed upset that I didn't want cool water and gave the worst massage I've ever had he barely touched my legs and feet. I'm not sure I will ever go back, which is to bad because they are close to my house.
