Overall my hair looked nice afterwards but the total experience was not worth it and after taking my hair out, I wouldn't recommend them at all. It was the typical rude "customer service" that you normally experience; but to further it they told me they didn't have the hair color I wanted but after leaving to go to find the hair, they told me they had it. The killer is that when I took my hair out after almost 2 months, my hair was knotted more than it has ever been. I have been getting my hair braided for years from different African shops, my hair has never come out of braids so tangled. I do wash my hair in braids, so the "jam" they use should have been washed out. It was my actual hair that was knotted. *note I had a perm 2 weeks before I went so my hair was detangled before the braids*
