I came here the first time with a blue acrylic on my nails. Instead of taking the color off they just filed it down and proceeded with the pink color i had chosen. Of course the blue was a little see through, but not too noticeable. I guess i was ok with this. So when i came back for a refill, i was extremely rushed. I asked if i could to a dark red instead and the lady told me no and to stick with the same acrylic color instead so I HAD TO. I apparently did not have an option, because they are not my nails right... Rolling eyes...anywho... When she was done i went to wash my hands and could not believe the mess. I swear, it looked like Helen Keller did my nails! not only was the blue showing much more but they nails where different shapes and sizes!!! When i went to show they man to pay up front he that i should of choose a darker color so you could not see the blue! I Told him I DID SHE SAID NO! So instead of correcting them or asking to fix them he asked if i would pay half off and leave since they were closing. I paid and left.... i swear i cried the whole way home. Please go ANYWHERE ELSE.. I will share this story as much as possible. This is not customer service and they should be reminded of that! This is not the only nail shop in the area.

I have been to the League City location two times so far and I had a great time both times. Ann and Helen were the two ladies I went too. Both of them took their time and treated me like a queen! They both did a wonderful job. I was given a drink both times. Maybe the service depends on who helps you? I don't know but I would go back to one of them for sure!!!

Extremely rude service!!! I took my cousin from out of town and my 2 year old and I was embarrassed that I took them! They treated us like trash, they wouldn't listen to what we wanted, and never offered us a drink. Way overpriced for the level of service you get! Beware!

by far the rudest service i have ever received. the owner made me wait for about an hour and kept moving me around from chair to chair. i wouldnt recomnd anyone to go.

Love the work they do on my toes and my eyebrows always come out AMAZING. However the nail service leaves something to be desired! My nails broke not even 24 hours after they finished.
