I was not impressed with the service. My nail tech for the day was an older woman who spent half her time staring out the window. I've had shellac done before and the quality of my shellac visit here defeats the purpose of getting my nails done. The woman only put two thin layers on and did not pay attention to the tips of my nails, in result my nails were chipping less than 48 hours later! Not worth my money. I can paint my nails at home for those results. Plus, I do not like that their equipment is not sterilized or sealed. You can tell the cuticle clippers have been used before and were not properly covered. I declined in having her use those on me.
