I tried this place for the first time the other day and will NEVER go back! I walked in and asked for a pink and white solar fill. The woman said okay and we sat down and started doing my nails and she refused to fill the white part of the nail! She did the first finger and when I saw she wasn't filling in the white I told her again that I wanted both filled and she said "You dont need it because you can't see the line." I said I understand that but I like to get both filled every time because I don't like the way they look if I don't plus my husband is about to come home and I want everything to look perfect. She rolled her eyes, huffed at me and said "Look, see, you can't see the line underneath you don't need it now. We'll do it next time." There will not be a next time.
Ann Nail is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I live in TN and am visiting in Killeen, and decided to get my nails redone and a pedicure. I had no idea if this place was going to be good or not and I am so glad I chose Ann Nail! The spa pedicure was absolutly amazing. I also got a full set of solar nails and they are beautiful. I have never heard or seen this style before. I also got my eyebrows waxed and that too turned out wonderful. The staff is so friendly and the place is clean and well managed. I will be sad to leave TX and go back to getting my nails done at what I now consider mediocre nail salons.
