Like the rating indicates. It's ok. Sometimes I go in there and they do a great job but other times… it does not meet expectations. If they are running a special I would say go for it but, for the price, you could get a better full set done else where. I do need to mention that there are free drinks! If you are looking for a girls day then this place is what your looking for. If you are looking for quality for the price then there is a Nail Club across the street that does consistent work. Overall, I don't hate this place, I've just learned to only go there when they are running specials.

worst nail salon ever, and I've been to plenty! Got Shellac like I always do, was peeling 2 days later and the lady messed up when I asked her to fix it she said once it was dry it would be fine, and wasn't my 2 year older niece could've painted my nails better. NEVER GOING BACK!!

7-24-12. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS LOVELY NAILS & SPA, THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I have been going to Lovely Nails and Spa for the past 3 years, up until about 6 months ago they ran a special Monday-Wednesday for a full set (white tips) and pedicure for $35, and I LOVE to get the tips black instead of white, and up until 6 months ago when they stopped running the special they would give me the special price of $35 Monday-Wednesday and just add $5 more if I got a different colored tip other than white. So today, I got a pedicure, and decided I would get black tips, and I knew it would be $15/pedicure, $20/solar nails and an additional $5 for colored tips. WRONG. I get up to the front and they tell me it is going to be $55, once she explained why it would be that much, I said um i don't think so, there is a special today, I called around 3pm today and asked and she said well the special was over at 4pm, and you arrived after. Lovely Nails has never had a special ending at 4pm in the last 3 years that I have been giving them my business. I told the lady this, and so she got the manager/owner up to the front, and he told me that I should read the signs because you cant always trust what people say on the phone. And I said well that is absolutely ridiculous, if I call before I come, and one of YOUR employees tell me something, it should be the truth. So you lied to me just to get me in here, and then try and screw me when I am ready to pay. So, I told them I only had $40 with me, and they proceeded to tell me that they would call the cops on me, and I said well i will call the cops for you! And i said well heres $5 more dollars, thats all i have. They told me to leave collateral, I said like what?? He says, your phone. Umm sorry, Im not leaving a $300 phone in your possession your crazy. Basically, I threw a fit in the establishment, because I felt like I was getting screwed, I was a very loyal customer as was my mom for the past 3 years and have spent over $2000 in that place over a 3 years period and then they treat me like that. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I advise you, if you don't like to get screwed, don't go to this establishment.

LAN and Amy are the only two girls I let do my nails and they do an amazing job every time. I recommend both of them to anyone coming here to get their nails done
