With their horrible customer service, I am amazed how they are surviving in this business. We took an appointment for our son on one saturday at 2:30 pm. We reached there at 2:32 pm. The salon was cowded and we waited for 5 minutes in line to get to the front desk. We were told that we are late and should re-take an appointment. I was shocked. Don't these guys value people time. I told them right away that we are not rebooking and left with my son.

Just incredible customer service. The way they take care of your kids is just fantastic. And the haircuts look sharp.
