Only one employee worked the entire store while the other 2 sat in the back room. Employee was clearly new and did not know anything about what I needed. Got the products I needed but service was not good.
Called today to inquire about my discount as a cosmetology student. Spoke to an associate named Cynthia who said I would not be eligible for my discount unless I show my financial aid paperwork to them. I informed her that it is private and confidential and that they are not allowed to require that, she refused to assist me and in turn offered their corporate office contact info, when I called to complain the # was wrong so I called Cynthia back and she gave me a similar # that again didnt work- she insists that is the number they use to contact corporate, well thats a lie too because I called another Sallys location and they said my permit is sufficient to get the discount and that the corporate # was different then what was provided. So in the end I called Cynthia back and told her the correct number to their corporate so she can give it to customers when they ask :) In the end Id say go somewhere else the employees here are incompetent liars.

Same as Erin and below poster. I think his name is Kelly, I remember because the woman kept screaming at him to answer phones do this and that while he was trying to ring me up. I've worked in retail but would never treat employees or customers the way she does. She made snide remarks to customers while he was ringing me up. Sorry Kelly! Thanks for being so nice and helpful unlike your coworker.
