I came to this place back in June with high hopes of a new look. I cut almost 11 inches off! I spoke with a lady who sounded like she knew what she was talking about after I showed her a picture of the new do I was wanting. So I then agreed to take this HUGE step. Next thing I know, she gets another girl to do my hair!! The girl was cutting wigs, so she's obviously new at this. She had me turned away from the mirror, which should have been my first sign. She turned me around and all my hair was choppy and uneven! She used a razor making my hair look completely shaggy! I told her I wanted to cry, and she said she was going to flat iron it still. She then curled it all under with the straightener now making me look like a 12 year old .. I said I wanted it straight and the stylist said "There's the flat iron" and pointed for me to do it myself!!!!!!!!!! This disaster of haircut was $50 and then left to Toni & Guy to fix this huge mess for another expense of $55 the very same day!!! WASTE OF MONEY .. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN ..
