Tracy always does a great job on my nails and eyebrows. Polish is always neat, lasts a couple of weeks, does a great pedicure too.
I've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get what I need done. Most of the staff is friendly and eager to help. Gina is AMAZING! Always friendly and quick to help with a big smile! They offer waxing too which is great! I always bring out of town friends and family there for a mani/pedi/wax. I highly recommend Roanoke Nail.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. whether you're getting a pedicure or manicure or anything in between they will RUSH if any other person steps foot in the door. also i went in on july 5th to get a set put on and i walk in DURING BUSINESS HOURS and they told me to come back tomorrow... and said it would take too long... they didn't give me a time frame just told me to leave and come back tomorrow. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and you shouldn't either.
I love this place! The service is always very good and my nails look amazing. The pedicure is awesome and polish lasts for a long time with not cracking or chipping. The price is reasonable and they are always happy to let you know what the time frame is if you show up without an appointment. They are even open on Sundays!! I always bring my daughters, mom and grandmother here even though there are many nail salons much closer to my home. It's worth the trip!
Horrible place. Don't go!!! Filthy dirty, never use sterilized tools, long wait, rude when busy.
