Waited in line for a hour and a half, the woman that was calling out names couldn't speak English well enough for me and the person in line after me to understand our names and we got skipped. We asked her what was going on and all she did was offer a coupon. I said i don't want a coupon i wanted to get my hair cut. The guy that they let in front of us wasn't even covered up with the sheet yet but they were going to make me wait another half hour. unacceptable customer service with sub par haircuts. I will never go there again.
