I've been a member of Hair Club for men for approximately ten years. I've had my services provided at theTukwila, WA office. What I really appreciate is the customer service that this office provides. There was an occasion when I was not pleased with one of my hair system that was provided. I contacted the manager, Pam Tirado, and she accommodated me immediately without question. Ms. Tirado has also accommodated my appointments when there have been conflicts with my busy schedule which has really worked very well. Prior to Pam's arrival, there were times when I was frustrated about certain services that I felt were not being provided. I shared some of those concerns with Pam and I am now very pleased with the efforts that she made to accommodate the concerns. This is what I call true customer service. The stylist that has service my hair has done a fantastic job. Tarah Marie Taggart has always taken time to satisfy the cut and style that I desire. Her patience and skill in this regard has been great. A newcomer to the Tukwila office that has also been very helpful in scheduling my appointments when I had conflicts in my schedule has been Jeremy Garcia. He has worked wonders in the short period of time that he has been in the Tukwila office to accommodate by busy work schedule to make sure that I able to see the technician that I desire. In all, the customer service that the Tukwila HCM office provides has been very satisfying to me.

Hair club provides unique services for hair loss. Staff and stylists there are very friendly and nice. The top stylist there is Tarah. I always love her humor and smile!
