I went there thinking it was a pretty nice shop. When I got there it was decent on the inside...not what I was expecting, but decent. The only person whom acknowledged me was Kromah (I believe.) I sat there for about 10 to 15 mins before being served. I got the invisible braids which took about 8.5hrs (much lesser time than I expected.) When I got home and went to bed, the braids seemed to have been alright, but the very next day when I was combing the ends out to get untangled one came out and from there started the cycle of about 15 of them falling out in just TWO weeks. I couldn't believe I paid $180 for the braids that basically didn't even last a month let alone 3 months I was planning on keeping them in. Also the quality of the human hair they use is VERY atrocious. Not only did it tangle so darn much the texture of it wasn't that great either. So if you are deciding to go w/ this place take your own human hair for them to braid your hair. One more thing...when they did the invisible braids they didn't braid the hair w/ my hair...they placed a knot around my hair then braided the human hair as if it was braided w/ my hair. I believe that's why they were so easliy slipping out of my head. So in about another half a month I will be taking them down and never going back to Kromah African Hair Braiding again. I do advise anyone who's reading this to take this review to heed and leave that place alone unless you're getting corn rows which seem to be the only thing the braiders in there are good at.
