There are a lot of sleek, overpriced salons in Atlanta. I know because I've tried them all. But Salon 2000 is one of those neighborhood salons that is worth the drive. Its tucked in the back of Ansley Mall right near the corner of Piedmont & Monroe. Its a casual salon with a funny & talented bunch of stylists and its a great place to hang out. Its also about half the price of a Buckhead haircut (and no one will know). Cyrus is particularly talented. So is Jeff. But, really, there's not a bad stylist in the place.

I've been a customer of Kim at Salon 2000 for 12+ years now. Sure, I've tried the other "$15 Haircuts" but paid for the difference in lost time and poor cuts. There's a lot to be said for someone who knows your head, can offer suggestions and can keep on a schedule! If you want a professional cut, color or style, go to Salon 2000. Everyone there is terrific and the friendly environment really is fun to visit.

I worked there years ago, and let me tell you, they are very talented, down to earth, nice people. I highly recommend you go there if you want a top notch color/cut from someone who truly cares about your hair .

I had a friend refer me to this salon. I was skeptical because I had been making the rounds trying to find a "stylist." The staff here is great; my stylist is Michael...I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
