Probably the worst experience with a hairdresser I have ever had. From the poor and uninviting atmosphere to the services, it was so bad it was actually funny. After three hours of torture, I dont even know the name of the girls that 'helped' me. I have been having my hair coloured the same way for 10 years and I had the dye on (mind you 2 cm from hair line) for only 10 minutes before it started burning. They were too busy with the three other clients between the two of them to attend me and I was left for 40 minutes before I just couldn't handle it anymore - all I got was a huff when I asked if I could have the colour through the rest of my hair other than just my roots. I was then left at the basin with wet hair under a freezing AC for another 15 minutes before she came back to check on me, and what a lovely surprise when I got back to the mirror to find that I hair dye staining my hair line..... I asked if I could have a go at scrubbing it off before she blow dried my hair but surprise surprise there was none of the remover left in the whole shop! I just wanted to get out of there, we were reaching three hours. At the end (yes finally the end) I was asked what I thought of the colour and truthfully I said that it doesn't look as shiny as it usually does when I get it done, it was like there was a permanent in there.... "Oh it is a permanent" she says. That was it I was out of there - home to nurse my burning hair line and dry frizzy hair - I was hoping for a redemption with the blow dry but no just another disaster of the whole experience!

Very carrying and expert hairdressers. They advise and perform wonders when they cut colour or style your hair.
