Poor customer service, dint even offer a glass of water or magazines. I got a 7.66 hair colour which I look after using the best products to maintain red hair, but the lady after blow-drying had been behaving as if she is the one who fixed my colour, what I disliked most is she wanted to take a before and after photo. I just went for a $40 blow-wave. Just do it good n that's it but she seemed to be talking more about my colour. Her blow-wave dint even last a day. I got fine hair , straight n flat. Only very good hairdressers can manage to give me a volume which would last for 2/3 days. Hire good hairdressers Mary.
I feel very sorry for the owner of Blow Dry Bar, the moron at the front desk - Bernadette, is the most incompetent unprofessional person I've ever encountered at a hair salon. Sadly the terrible hair extensions matted up, knotted up and damage my hair and this silly woman couldn't and wouldn't help me have it fixed. Shame on you for treating customers with such contempt and if you spent less time looking at yourself in the mirror, or running out of the store, maybe you would remember your job! Shocking, had to go elsewhere out of desperation and have them removed.
