I had an awful experience. Someone came to my house offering me $990 of services for $169! I said great, I need a haircut and colour tomorrow as I am going out in the evening so can I book in for 4pm. Yes sure. So I rushed home leaving my son earlier than I wanted to get there for 4pm. I walk in and the lady says I have one more cut to do. But she is finishing one and after 15 minutes I ask how much longer. She says at least 20 minutes. And then it transpires that there wouldn't be enough time for a cut and colour tonight anyway. The main reason I booked the appointment! Apparently when the lady called to make my appointment she was TOLD they couldn't really fit me in but she made the appointment ANYWAY. I didn't have time to hang around as I was going out and this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth anyway. I am getting a refund for my $169. The marketing campaign was to get more business, well this experience lost me as a customer and also all the other people I will tell about this. Very poor service.
