The space is very small (touch the customer next to you small) and not air conditioned. The owner asked me to assist in a video in exchange for complimentary eyebrow tattooing. I arranged a babysitter for the agreed day. The owner then texted me advising that she had already done the video and would change the tattooing to a tint instead for the same day. Unprofessional!
The technician is a nice lady though and she does my extensions well, albeit expensive (I am guessing set by the owner) $250 for 2D which is probably ok but $150 for infills, very expensive!!! My husband sweetly booked me in again, so I'll go, but I was not going to return on my own accord.
I am so impressed with Claire at The Lash Studio! I have never been disappointed after an appointment with her. The lashes are perfectly applied and I don't have any problems with them (unlike after other places I have tried). She is so professional and gives genuine, honest advice that I really appreciate. She takes great care to make sure you leave happy. She is most definitely the one you should go to for lashes in Sydney!
