Since the take over, the service has changed, new products are available but most of all, the surrounds are amazing. I could not fault the service that I received here and it really to find service at this level anywhere else in Bendigo. The prices are perfect, the staff are lovely and I will most certainly be coming back!
I wish I had of read the previous review before booking an appointment. Really non engaged staff who were rude. I had my eyebrows waxed and I was not even shown them with a mirror to check if I was happy before she moved on to the next part of waxing. I was unimpressed by the results. When it was all finished she took my card, but didnt tell me the price, then did not give me a reciept, it seemed like it was just all too much hassle for her to do and was just very unprofessional. Give this place a miss.
Not impressed at all. Staff were very snooty and their eyelash extensions are shocking & a rip off. Will not be going back.
