Ryan is a wonderful stylist and I've never had a bad cut or colour! All the staff are very friendly and the salon is modern and gorgeous.
Arranged to have Mum's hair done prior to attending Dad's funeral early Wed 4th Dec. This was the worst experience anyone could have. The girl had only done two wash and blow waves ever prior to Mum. Mum was in tears. Not only was she grieving over the loss of her husband she was devastated at the mess the girl had made of her hair. We only had a short time to get Mum home and her hair done again. Mum asked us at the time not to go back to the hairdresser or phone them because she was grieving enough at the time. Mum also made mention she'd never been ushered out of a salon so quickly. Brother has been attending this salon for last 10 years and recommended them to us. If this is the type of training you give your staff (none) pity anyone else who chooses this salon.
