Indulgence Spa is awesome. the staff is friendly, the owner is awesome and the quality of the service is consistently good.
I was referred to this salon by a few friends who have been seeing the owner for a few years. I had recently spent a stupid amount of money elsewhere and needed a major fix. Dallas sorted the mess out and did an amazing job at fixing and disguising the previous disaster. I know it's on the right track now. The shaping she did around my face is perfect and she fixed the hack job in the back without taking off too much length. I know some had to come off to fix everything. I was very pleased. I returned recently to get this new smoothing treatment she is offering. It's called CHI Enviro. I had had the Brazilian Blowout and Coppola Keratin done previously at other salons. This CHI treatment has been great so far. My hair feels really healthy and silky and all of my frizz is gone. The salon is very clean and has simple, modern decor. The setting is in a city courtyard with lots of trees and flowers so it's nice to look outside and not see buses or hear traffic noise. I have found my new stylist and salon for life!
The owner is very rude. The hairstylist she hired is polite, but i think she's amateur. She messed up my sister's hair. If you are willing to pay the price they charge, please consider other hair salon that have more skillful and experience hairstylists.
