I was stopped in our Spa hallway by a guest that need to share something with me. I invited her to a private room and she said no thank you I need everyone to hear this. She said I am a very private person so I am okay with sharing this information. She started to tear up and started to talk. She said I got a hair piece and It has changed my life. I have never been so In Love With MYself ever and now I am. Deb is so kind and smart and patient. I know I was a challenging client because of all the emotion that lives in my heart. I come here for massages all the time and I love how everyone tries hard to make you feel warm and welcome. Thank you from my heart and I really mean thank you. I know your business is not perfect and is sure to make mistakes but I love how you try hard not too. I have ingrowns for years and the excellent staff at City Looks have cleared them up. Thank you for making me pain free. The facials are also beyond comparison. And as a guy I can say it is not only for women.

First and foremost, the quality of service is great; Kendra is an excellent stylist. Unfortunately the girls at the front argued with me over their promotion; I called a head to make sure Mens haircuts were still on sale on Mondays and then had a nasty surprise at the till, then she starts arguing with me over our phone conversation, she knew I was coming in for the Monday special but conveniently never told me it was over. Too bad, the stylist is great but I'm not going back based on poor front end customer service.
