I am not a client of Essentique but stop in on occasion to purchase Aveda Products. What makes me very uncomfortable is being rushed and surrounded by staff. In the past, I've told them I don't need help finding product. Staff insist on placing anything I plan to purchase at the cash register. I'm left feeling confused as I don't need 4-5 people to surround me when pick out items. I won't purchase from this salon again.

I have had everything from facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair cuts/styles there. I love how friendly all of the staff are, and especially love that they remember you from one visit to the next. I first went to Essentique in search of an acne treatment that actually worked. I was not only introduced to great line of products, but had the most relaxing facial and went home with a new found confidence. I immediately felt a difference and received compliments on my skin. I was going regularly, but have not been in almost a year; when I called in to book an appointment they still recognized me over the phone!—more like a good friend. I highly recommend Essentique Spa Salon, and look forward to each and every visit!

This is a very impressive spa with great atmosphere. It is two stories; the upper level is very peaceful. But I haaaated my haircut from the "master" stylist! I made it clear what I needed for my trim but It was like she had no idea what she was doing, of she came to work high. No way could she otherwise think that this looks good. There's a large thin spot over my neck.. I'll have my hair(whatever is left of it!) held back for months. I'm not going back.
