MC College

I came here twice for a haircut, my boyfriend once, and I really liked it. The students were friendly, and didn't take unreasonably long to cut my hair. It took an hour-hour and a half tops and I was out of there. I just love the price, the friendly service, and the students do a good job. It's worth going for just a little bit longer than any other hair salon, and saving the money that you save.
I went to MC College for a haircut. I knew exactly what I wanted and even brought a picture to show them how I wanted my hair cut. So, I get this girl, she was very nice but didn't do a very good job. She took 2 and a half hours to cut my hair. She tried to style it in the end and everything, so I didn't really notice what was wrong until my hair settled. My cut is too blunt, there are uneven pieces everywhere and the front is lob sided. My hair is thick and she wasn't able to create volume and movement the way I wanted. :-( Sorry to say, she was nice and all but I hate my haircut.
Students are great...but majoirty of the students seem more mature and professional than the staff
i've always had amazing hair cuts walking out of this place!! never had a cancellation on an appointment i've booked and they've always been super flexible in getting me in (i tend to call the day of and try and to book asap...sort of my fault!) and even better...it's $12 for a full wash and haircut!
Worst experience ever! Yesterday I went in for some braids and to get my make up done. I left the place wanting to cry about the $52 I had wasted at their Salon. SO WAS NOT WORTH IT! First of all on their website is says Women's hair braiding is $10, but when I go in they charge me $5 a braid; not to mention I had only got my hair half braided to the back of my head. The braiding itself was HORRIBLE. They should not even offer braiding services, that's how sad the braiding was done. My braids were extremely loose, so loose it had already looked like I slept with the braids in my hair. :( That's not even the worst part, after I had gotten my make up done I looked even worse. I honestly wanted to ask the Asian girl chessa I think her name was who did my make up to take it all off and that I hated it, but her teacher was right there and I didn't want to hurt the girls feelings who did my make up. Especially since she was the only one that actually tried having a normal conversation there with the whole time I was there. As much as I like the girl, I would not recommend anyone going there to get their make up done or hair braided. I had to cancel my photo's being taken with my boyfriend because I felt I looked to horrible to attend. Also the service is really slow.
