I highly recommend you to stay away from this place. Even though their 'discounted' Groupons are enticing (which I purchased), it's not worth it. My experience going there for over a year included: the owner's friends walking in without appointments and being taken before me, answering the phone and talking on the phone while performing the laser treatment on me, someone knocking on the door and the lady opening it to talk as I lay there, and overall, just very stingy on their treatment areas and they never used a consistent process - they would skip around areas, go over some areas more than others, etc.
