I went here for a wax appointment and when I got home afterwards, I noticed a few things I was not happy with... the wax pulled skin off in places, which I called and complained about and they offered me $25.00 salon credit... Then I noticed a strip of my upper leg wasn't even touched! I tried to justify that maybe the hair there wasn't coarse enough, but the other leg was done... Sloppy work with too many hairs left behind. I just took care of it myself... Not worth the gas money and inconvenience that SHOULD have been properly taken care of when I was there!

Silver Scissors is AMAZING!!! Talk about up to date!! They are so modern and they always know the newest styles!! You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in the door. They seem to have such a great team of staff, they are all so friendly to the client and to each other. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they are doing. I would recommend this salon to ANYONE! You WON'T be let down!!

In my search for a new salon/stylist, I researched this salon and found the reviews and website helpful and so I decided to book a salon appointment for hair/makup and waxing services. I am sad to say that my experience was far from enjoyable. I trusted my stylist to give me a modern look but in the end my hair was cut too short, teased and weighed down with hair spray. The style was very dated. My waxing and makeup was terrible. I cried on my drive home devastated that my day went so wrong. The staff were friendly but the salon itself it very unorganized and I spent the afternoon moving from room to room. I will not return to this salon or recommend it to anyone. I will have to wait patiently for my hair to grow (incl my eyebrows) and well the makup...nothing make up remover couldnt fix. Of course this is the hair salon portion of this establishment. Maybe the spa section is more enjoyable. Hope this helps. In the meantime, Can anyone recommend a hair salon on the west coast?
