If you want a haircut you can be proud of - make an apt at Carousel. It is no wonder that some of my friends have been loyal fans for years driving in from all around the tri-cities just to get their haircut in Elmira! Dayna took care of my 2009 wedding, and being at the salon was one of the highlights of the day! What a perfect way to start an uber busy bride's day.
